What ages do you work with?

I work with newborns up to 5 years old!

How are you able to help my family with sleep without using sleep training?

I do not provide any sleep training or separation based "methods" to improve sleep. My approach is holistic & catered to each individual family & child. I take into consideration your parenting style, your child's temperament, nutrition, routine & your sleep goals! I also educate on what is biologically & developmentally normal for infant & child sleep. I encourage you to follow your instincts & respond to your little one in a way to feels right & works for you. Working together I will identify any red flags that could be inhibiting your child's sleep & offer suggestions on how to gently shift patterns that are no longer working for you.

We bed share, are you able to support our family?

Absolutely! Whether you're looking to make improvements in your child's sleep while continuing to bed share or you're wanting to transition into their own bed, I can offer support & recommendations on how to do this gradually.
